There are six finalists at Wisconsin-Eau Claire. It’s a pretty interesting list which includes a guy who was a DI head coach this past season, and an international coach. The finalists are:
Todd Adrian – Head Coach Edgewood College. Is 74-58 in 5 seasons at EC. Won 18 games this past season.
Eric Gardow – Head Coach Qatar. He is an Eau Claire native who played at UWEC and also worked as an assistant there. He has been coaching in Qatar since 2007.
Kyle Green – Assistant Coach Northern Iowa. Has worked for Ben Jacobsen at UNI for the past five seasons. He has been the head coach at Western State and Lewis College.
Brian Miller – Head Coach Milwaukee School of Engineering. In seven seasons at MSOE, he’s complied a 115-70 record. Has also been the head coach at Concordia Chicago and Lakeland.
Jim Whitesell – Former Head Coach Loyola (IL). Was released from Loyola this spring. Has a career record of 387-301 in 24 seasons as a head coach – Loyola, Lewis, Elmhurst.
Nelson Whitmore – Head Coach Hamline. Has been at Hamline for four seasons (48-55). Went 176-84 at SUNY-Brockport in nine seasons before taking over at Hamline.
