It’s definitely early in this search, but here are some of the names that I’ve heard so far at UWGB:

Brian Wardle – Assistant Coach UWGB. Has been on the staff for the past 5 seasons. Our sources are telling us that the other assistants (Angres Thorpe and Jason Kaslow are going to Toledo with Kowalczyk).

Greg Gard – Assistant Coach Wisconsin. A Wisconsin native who has also worked at Wisconsin-Platteville and Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Gary Grzesk – Head Coach St. Norbert College (in suburb of Green Bay). Played at UW-Green Bay in the mid-90’s.

Bob Semling – Head Coach Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Won DIII National Championship this season. Was an assistant at UWGB for 7 seasons.

T.J. Otzelberger – Assistant Coach Iowa State. Played at Wisconsin-Whitewater and also served as a HS coach in Wisconsin.

As I said, it’s early in this process, so I let you know as names get added and deleted from this list.
