Jay McAuley, Wofford College men’s basketball head coach, has announced that he is taking a leave of absence. Effective immediately, Dwight Perry, associate coach, will serve as interim head coach.
In the tradition of Wofford athletics, the student-athletes on the team will continue to represent Wofford with pride and a commitment to excellence on the court and in the classroom and community.
The Terriers are 5-4 on the season. The team plays at home at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 6, against Coastal Carolina.
