Hunter Woodbury joins the Sage men’s basketball coaching staff in 2021-22 as a graduate assistant.
Woodbury, one of just 300 selected attendees for the 2019 NCAA Career in Sports Forum, brings coaching experience as an assistant for the Mount Greylock Regional High School basketball team.
“I am thrilled to announce Hunter will be joining our staff this season as a graduate assistant coach,” said head coach Brian Barnes. “It was evident very early on in the search process that Hunter fit our program core values. His growth mindset and caring personality are character traits that stood out in a positive way and will serve him well as a leader in our program. His references spoke very highly of his integrity and sportsmanship and we look forward to welcoming him to the team.”
He received his bachelor of science degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in May 2019. Woodbury majored in Business Administration/Sport and Event Management and competed on the Trailblazers golf team.
