Xavier will name current Evansville assistant Matthew Graves as their new Special Assistant to the head coach.

Graves joined the Evansville staff prior to last season after spending five seasons as the head coach at South Alabama (65-96). Prior to heading to USA, Graves had spent 17 years at Butler both as a player, and also a coach.

An official announcement is expected early this week.
