Matt Hunter has been named the Spartans’ new Head Men’s Basketball and Golf coach. Hunter replaces long-time head coach Jeff Gamber who is retiring after 35 years at the helm of both Spartan programs.

Hunter comes to York College after spending the last four seasons as a full time assistant coach at DeSales University. The Bulldogs went 84-32 during Hunter’s tenure on the DeSales bench.
