I can confirm multiple reports that Billy Donlon and UMKC will part ways. I have also heard from people close to it that a possible/likely landing spot for Donlon is on Brad Brownell’s staff at Clemson.
Donlon has gone 46-39 (.541) during his three seasons at Kansas City. The former assistant at both Michigan and Northwestern also spent six seasons as the head coach at Wright State (2010-16) where he went 109-94 (.537).
Donlon previously worked for Brownell at both UNC Wilmington and Wright State, and took over at Wright State when Brownell departed for Clemson.
More on this one when it becomes official.
