| Description: | UW-Oshkosh, a member of the NCAA DIII and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletics Conference, is seeking applicants for their full-time assistant coach position. The last three people in this position are now current head coaches in NCAA DIII. Position Summary Assists with the coaching, organization, administration, and development of a successful college athletic program. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Assists in all aspects of the program: Recruiting, scouting, practice plans, game plans, fundraising, camps, academics, etc… Preferred Qualifications Ability to recruit and coach highly talented student-athletes. High level of emotional intelligence. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong communication skills across all mediums. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Previous coaching or playing experience. |
