JOB TITLE: Director of Camps & Events

LOCATION: Run The Show (Twinsburg, Ohio)

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

Run The Show (Ohio) is hiring a Director of Camps & Events.

RTS is a player development company based out of Cleveland, Ohio. We offer hyper-focused skill training for players of all ages including youth, high school, college and pro players. We are founded and operated by former NBA and Division I Coaches. Currently, we have 2 full service training facilities in Cranberry Township, PA and Twinsburg, Ohio. We also conduct a variety of various camps, clinics, youth partnerships and events. 

Responsibilities:

• Direct RTS Camps and Events division (Cleveland, Ohio).
• Coordinate camps & events logistics and details.
• Facilitate camps & events staffing.
• Work with current RTS Ohio staff to grow camps/events division.
• Lead on-court curriculum for camps and events.
• Train on-court in RTS facility as needed.

Requirements:

• • Quality on court instructor / coach
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Preferred: College / Pro Basketball Coaching Experience 
  • Mandatory Basketball Background (any of the following: playing, coaching, working)
  • Live / move to Cleveland, Ohio
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Desire for career in basketball 
  • Good background check
  • High energy / good spirit 
  • Ability to work with players of all ages

Run The Show is a Player Development Company with branches in Pittsburgh, PA & Cleveland, OH. RTS is looking for someone who has coached before and is desiring a career in basketball.  We hope to have someone who can grow with the company or someone who wants to bounce back to College / NBA. We will want credible references to speak on your behalf. We are looking to hire by January 1, 2026.
