I can confirm that Georgia Southern-East Georgia Campus will hire Justin Tucek as its next head men’s basketball coach.
Tucek spent this past season at Southern Arkansas University and has also been on staff at Emporia State University and Rock Valley College, in addition to a stint as a graduate assistant at Northwestern State University.
Earlier this month, Georgia Southern–East Georgia received approval for NAIA membership beginning July 1 and will compete in the Continental Athletic Conference.
An official announcement is expected in the near future.
