I can confirm that Yale assistant Jamie Snyder-Fair has departed the staff after four seasons. He is currently involved with a bunch of DIII jobs – RPI, WIlliams, and Hobart. Snyder-Fair is a DIII guy, having played at Colby and has also worked at Washington and Lee, and Vassar. Yale head coach Joe Jones has bumped up volunteer assistant Justin Simon to replace Snyder-Fair. Simon is a former player at Yale who spent three years in the financial world before joining Jones staff in 2011. No word yet on Simon’s replacement.
