I mentioned on 5/22 that I had heard former Temple standout Rick Brunson was involved with a spot on the Owls staff (http://www.hoopdirt.com/blog/ae4b835e/daily-dirt-5-22-14/…). I can now confirm that he has been hired. When I first blogged about it, I had heard that Brunson would be added as the Director of Player Development. It now sounds like he may assume an assistant role, and there may be some staff shuffling to accommodate the new hiring. I have heard that this could be made official as early as tomorrow.
