No surprise here…in fact, I mentioned this in my blog on 3/6 – (http://hoopdirt.com/blog/7a011857/daily-dirt-3-6-14/…). I even said I expect an official announcement here by 3/10! Chalk another one up to great sources.

We are still awaiting the official statement, but Jason Capel has been told that he will not be back at Appalachian State. Capel went 53-70 over his four seasons at App. St. I’ll pass along the official statement once it is released.
