Dodge City Community College (KS) has hired Steve Tucker as their new head basketball coach. He replaces Kyle Campbell who became an assistant at Sam Houston State back on May 23rd.

Tucker was most recently the head coach and President of the Kentucky Mavericks (PBL), and has extensive experience in minor league professional basketball. He has also coached in the ABA, IBA, and WBA. Tucker has also worked collegiately at Wilberforce University, Sam Houston State, and Phillips College.

The hiring has been approved by the Dodge City Community College Board of Trustees, and an official announcement is expected shortly.
