Tennessee State head coach Dana Ford is finalizing a deal to become the next basketball coach at Missouri State according to a report by News Channel 5 in Nashville. He would replace Paul Lusk who was fired back on March 4th.
Ford has spent the past four seasons as the head coach at TSU where he has compiled a 57-65 record (15-15 this past season). He earned the 2016 Ohio Valley Conference Coach of the Year after leading the Tigers to a 20-11 record. Ford has also been an assistant at Wichita State, and his alma mater Illinois State.
