Hoff Resigns as Graceland University Head Men’s Basketball Coach

Cory Hoff has resigned as the men’s basketball coach at Graceland University after three seasons as the head coach.

Hoff previously served as the assistant coach for two years, including during the Yellowjackets’ NAIA national championship run in the 2017-18 season. Assistant Coach Ernest Shand will serve as the acting coach for the remaining three games of the season.

“Cory put so much into this program, and we are so appreciative of his service to Graceland and to the Lamoni community,” said Graceland University Athletic Director Brady McKillip. “We wish Coach Hoff and his family the best.”

Hoff coached the Yellowjackets to a 27-51 record during his nearly three seasons at the helm.

Graceland will immediately commence a national search for a new head coach
