Senderoff extended through 2028-29 at Kent State

Kent State Director of Athletics Randale L. Richmond has announced a contract extension for head men’s basketball coach Rob Senderoff through the 2028-29 season. This extension adds three seasons on to the extension that Coach Senderoff signed in 2021. In total, the agreement amounts to a six-year contract extension and is the longest extension during Richmond’s tenure.

Jenei named Assistant Basketball Coach at D3 Oglethorpe

Former Oglethorpe guard Ryan Jenei has been named assistant men’s basketball coach, as announced by Head Coach Philip Ponder. Jenei is a 2022 graduate of Oglethorpe and joins the Stormy Petrel staff after a stellar five-year playing career. Jenei will serve the men’s basketball program in all areas, including player development, administrative duties, on-court instruction, scouting and recruiting.
