Springer’s Contract Not Renewed

Shippensburg University athletics administration announced Monday that men’s basketball coach Dave Springer’s contract will not be renewed for next season. Grogan named head coach at JWU Denver

Johnson & Wales University’s Denver Campus has announced that Quintin Grogan has been hired to lead the Wildcat Men’s Basketball program. Grogan most recently served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Northern Arizona University from 2009-2012. Prior to his tenure at NAU, Grogan served as assistant at Metropolitan State University in Denver from 2008-2009.

After sixteen years of service at Pace University, Jim Harter will not continue as head coach for men’s basketball. Harter finished his 16th season, leading the Setters to a 9-16 overall record and 6-15 finish in the Northeast-10, short of a bid into the conference playoffs.
