Stephen Haladyna joined the Bentley men’s basketball coaching staff in July 2026. He spent the previous three years as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at NCAA DIII Endicott.

During Haladyna’s Endicott tenure, the Gulls were regularly ranked top-25 in the nation. The program was twice awarded the Conference New England (CNE) Player of the Year, and Endicott won the CNE title in 2025-26.

Haladyna was previously on the coaching staff of another DIII program that was regularly in the national ranks. He spent two years with Tufts, helping to lead the Jumbos to a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) title. Haladyna was also on the coaching staff at Gordon for a season.

Prior to embarking on his coaching career, Haladyna held various positions in NBA and WNBA offices – ranging from daily operations to analytics and officiating.

Haladyna played collegiately at Tufts, where he was a two-year captain.
