Boise State head coach Leon Rice earned a one-year contract extension with the Bronco’s 85-78 win over San Jose State this past weekend. The win was the 18th of the season, which automatically triggered the extension that was written in to his most recent contract (PDF of the contract agreement can be found HERE). This is the third straight year that Rice has hit the 18-win make and has had his contract extended. The deal will now run through the 2020-21 season.
