Brett Nelson has been added to the VCU men’s basketball staff, according to a post released on X earlier today. Nelson, the former head coach at Holy Cross (2019-23), spent last season as an assistant at NC State, following a one-year stint on the staff at UMass. The former standout at Florida has also worked at Arkansas, Marquette, Ball State, Marshall, and Drake.
