BREAKING: Todd Simon to be Named Head Coach at Southern Utah
UNLV Interim Head Coach Todd Simon will become the next head coach at Southern Utah. CBSSports.com’s Jon Rothstein was the first to confirm this. HOT RUMOR: Allen Edwards to be Named Head Coach at Wyoming
Multiple sources are reporting that Allen Edwards will replace Larry Shyatt as the next head coach at Wyoming. Shyatt announced his resignation earlier today. Edwards, a former standout at Kentucky, has been on the Wyoming staff for the past five seasons. He has also been an assistant at VCU, Western Kentucky, Towson and Morehead State
BREAKING: TCU to Name Jamie Dixon Head Basketball Coach
CBSSports.com’s Jon Rothstein is reporting the Pitt head coach Jamie Dixon is headed to TCU. Dixon, a 1987 TCU alum, has been at Pitt for the past 13 seasons where he has gone 328-123. BREAKING: Cormier Out as Head Basketball Coach at Dartmouth
Sources have confirmed to HoopDirt.com that Paul Cormier is out as the head coach at Dartmouth. Cormier was in his second stint as the head coach of the Big Green (1984-91, 2010-16). HOT RUMOR: Cincinnati’s Mick Cronin Involved at UNLV
Multiple reports have surfaced over the past 24-hours surrounding Cincinnati head coach Mick Cronin and his involvement at UNLV. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported earlier that Cronin is a candidate to replace Dave Rice as the head coach of the Runnin’ Rebels.
