Former ULM coach elected to HOF

Former Louisiana-Monroe men’s basketball coach Mike Vining has been elected to the Louisiana Basketball Hall of Fame. Vining becomes the third ULM coach to be honored by the LABC, joining Lenny Fant (1984) and Benny Hollis (1988). Vining is the winningest coach in school history with 401 career victories in 24 seasons at ULM (1981-2005).
