I have heard from multiple sources that D2 Quincy University (IL) intends to hire Brad Hoyt as their new head men’s basketball coach.
Hoyt has spent the past 13-seasons as the head coach at NJCAA D2 John Wood Community College (located in Quincy, IL). In his time at JWCC, he put together a 257-156 and captured four Region 24 Championships.
He would replace Steve Hawkins, who became an assistant at Southern Illinois last week.
A press conference is scheduled for today at 11:00am (CST)
