I can confirm that Jon Tanous is no longer the head men’s basketball coach at D3 Penn State Abington.

Tanous took over at PSU Abington back in 2015, and put together a 63-88 (.417) mark during his tenure. His best season came in 2018-19, when he led his team to a 14-13 (10-5) record and advanced to the NEAC semifinals.

Before taking over at Abington, Tanous was an assistant at Utica, and had also served as an assistant at his alma mater SUNY Potsdam.
