According to a report by Hoopsville’s Dave McHugh, John Carroll University head coach Mike Moran will retire following the 2016-17 season. Moran has been the head coach at JCU since 1992, and has compiled a 442-222 overall record. In his 24 seasons, Moran has won ten Ohio Athletic Conference regular season championships, four OAC Tournament championships, and has made 12 NCAA Tournament appearances. In 2015-16, JCU went 26-4 in a season that included a 21-game winning streak to begin the campaign. Moran is also the head golf coach at the school. There has not been an official announcement yet from the university.
