Ethan Engeman has been named to the Stevenson University men’s basketball coaching staff as a graduate assistant for the upcoming 2018-19 season, head coach Gary Stewart announced.
“Possessing a tireless work ethic, Ethan has unbelievable attention to detail and high character. He is incredibly well-liked and well-respected. There is no doubt, Ethan will help our program,” said Stewart, who enters his eighth season at Stevenson in 2018-19.
Engeman spent the summer of 2018 as an Elite Intern with Hoop Group, working closely with camp directors to identify, evaluate and recruit the top talent to the organization’s Elite Camps. He also coached at the Future All-American junior Elite Camp, coaching his team at the camp to an 8-0 record.
In the summer of 2017 Engeman was a marketing intern with the University of Missouri women’s volleyball program, successfully recruiting over 1,000 incoming students to VolleyZOU, the Tigers’ student section. He also maintained the social media accounts for VolleyZOU.
Engeman graduate from Missouri in 2018 with a degree in Parks, Recreation and Sport with an emphasis in Sport Management while minoring in Business.
