Dennis Felton will be fired as the Head Basketball Coach at the University of Georgia today. An 11:00 am press conference has been scheduled by Athletic Director Damon Evans. Georgia is currently 9-11 (0-5 SEC) and riding a 7 game losing streak.

Felton’s miraculous run through the SEC tournament saved his job at the time, but apparently the magic has faded.

Look for VCU’s Anthony Grant to be the front runner for this job. He was previously an assistant in the SEC under Billy Donovan at Florida, and is one of the "hottest" coaches in the country right now.
