Hamline University head coach Nelson Whitmore has been suspended indefinitely after a New Year’s eve fight in a hotel in Spokane, WA where one of his players was arrested on felony assault charges. Eugene Lawrence III has been thrown off the team, and 14 teammates have been suspended following the incident. The team also forfeited this past Saturday’s game vs. Gustavus Adolphus.
