I have now heard from two separate sources that former Cal assistant John Montgomery will named as an assistant at Hawaii.  He will replace Norm Parrish who became the head coach at Westminster College (UT) back in August.  Following a six year stint at Cal, Montgomery spent last season as the DBO at San Francisco.  He is the son of former Golden State, Stanford, and Cal head coach Mike Montgomery.  The official announcement is expected later this afternoon.
