Rogers State University is accepting applications for an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all facets of the men’s basketball program.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

•A demonstrated knowledge of the day to day operations of an athletics department.
•A proven record in following directives and being responsible for tasks which have been assigned.
•Experience and competency in a leadership role within the classroom.
•Experience with computers and video editing a plus.

Essential Duties

•Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing all practice schedules and game strategies.
•Successfully recruit highly competitive student athletes.
•Track student athlete academic progress/supervising study halls.
•Arrangement of travel schedules/meals.
•Setting practice times for road trips.
•Other duties as assigned.
