Following one of the most successful seasons in club history, highlighted by appearances in both the Danish Cup Final and the Danish Championship Finals, we are excited to announce the appointment of Coach Danny Peters as our Head Coach for the next two seasons.

As we prepare for another championship-contending season, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach to join our professional basketball organization.

About the Club

Our team competes at the highest level of Danish basketball and has reached the Danish Championship Finals three times in the last four seasons. We consistently compete for both league and cup championships and enter each season with the goal of winning titles.

Our roster consists primarily of full-time professional international players combined with talented young Danish athletes. As a result, our team trains multiple times per day and maintains a highly professional environment focused on player development and competitive success.

Position Responsibilities

The Assistant Coach will play a vital role in supporting the Head Coach and overall basketball operations, including:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of team practices
• Supporting game preparation and in-game coaching responsibilities
• Leading and assisting with individual player development programs
• Opponent scouting and game analysis
• Organizing and coordinating community outreach initiatives
• Assisting in roster construction and player recruitment alongside the Head Coach and management team
• Supporting the implementation of the team’s playing style and culture

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Coaching experience with a semi-professional or professional men’s basketball team in Europe and/or within the U.S. or Canadian collegiate system
• Demonstrated experience in individual player development
• Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to planning, preparation, and execution
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strength and conditioning
• Background in player performance development and athletic training

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $1,300 USD per month
