I can confirm that Diallo Daniels has resigned as the head basketball coach at NJCAA DII Manor College in order to pursue other opportunities. Daniels had a great run at Manor, compiling a 37-18 record over the past two seasons, including a 17-11 this past year. Before becoming the head coach at the school, Daniels served as an assistant coach for three years. During that time, the program averaged 20 wins per season.

Manor is moving quickly in their search to replace Daniels. I have heard from a great source that six candidates will interview on campus beginning next week. It sounds like one of the six will be current Manor College women’s head coach Dave Ellerbee.
