I can confirm that Indian River State College (FL) intends to name Bill Morosco as their next head men’s basketball coach.

Morosco spent last season as the head coach at Garden City CC (KS), where he led his squad to a 22-10 (15-9 KJCCC) record. Before his one year stint at Garden City, he spent two seasons as the head coach at Independence CC (KS) where he went 36-19 (.655).

In addition to his time as a JUCO head coach, Morosco also worked at the D1 level at Presbyterian, The Citadel and UC Davis. The Florida native, also spent time in his home state as an assistant at both D2 Barry University and JUCO Eastern Florida State.

Morosco will replace Charlie Wilson who became an assistant at Queens University of Charlotte earlier this spring.
