I can confirm that Chad Helle is no longer the head men’s basketball coach at NJCAA D2 Iowa Central Community College.
Helle took over for long-time ICCC head coach Dennis Pilcher back in 2019, after spending 17-years as an assistant under the legendary coach. Helle also played for Pilcher at Iowa Central for two seasons, where he earned first team All-Region honors.
This past season, the Tritons finished 7-24 (3-15), and won a first round game in the NJCAA Region 11 tournament.
An official announcement is expected shortly.
