HoopDirt.com can confirm that Quinnipiac head coach Tom Moore has hired Mark Fogel as the program’s new Director of Basketball Operations.  Fogel was most recently and assistant at Odessa College (TX), and before that he worked as the Coordinator of Video and Player Development at Tulane.  He is the son of former Northeastern University head coach Karl Fogel (1986-94 – 131-103).  The younger Fogel replaces Mike Papale who became an assistant at Southern Connecticut over the summer.
