On Tuesday, I said to keep an eye on the Sun Belt…here’s what I was talking about:

Mike Balado is out as the head coach at Arkansas State according to Jeff Goodman. Balado had been at ASU since 2017, where he went 82-100 (.451). His best season came in 2021-22 when his team went 18-11 – this year the Red Wolves went 13-20 (4-14 Sun Belt).
