According to Jon Rothstein, Patrick Ewing is out as the head basketball coach at Georgetown.
The former Hoya and NBA star has struggled during his tenure at his alma mater, going 75-109 (.408), but only winning 13 games total over the past two seasons (2-37 Big East). Before the most recent struggles, Ewing’s 2021 squad captured the Big East Tournament Championship.
