According to a report from the Times Union, Siena has fired head men’s basketball coach Carmen Maciarello. The report states that Maciarello confirmed this news in a text to the Times Union.

Siena finished this season with a 4-28 (3-17 MAAC) record. Maciariello will conclude his tenure with the Saints with a 68-72 overall mark. The Siena alums best season came in 2019-20, when he went 20-10.

Maciariello reportedly had two years left on his contract.
