Randolph Macon Men’s Basketball has announced the promotion of Connor Roswech to Associate Head Coach.
Roswech has served as an assistant coach since 2023 and has played a critical role in all aspects of the program. He is responsible for recruiting, skill development, on court instruction and daily operations. Roswech’s imprint on the program can be seen in more aspects than just one. In the last three seasons, the Yellow Jackets have a 76-14 cumulative record. The Lemon and Black have posted three NCAA Tournament appearances, two Sweet 16 appearances and three Old Dominion Athletic Conference Regular Season Titles.
“Randolph Macon has been a special place to work, I am very grateful for Coach Merkel’s mentorship and the amazing student athletes we work with everyday,” said Roswech. “I am excited to continue to serve the team, Coach Merkel and the college in this new role.”
Roswech is a 2022 graduate of the University of Richmond where he served as a student manager for four years. In his last year with the program, the Spiders won the 2022 Atlantic-10 Tournament Championship and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
