Scott Robert Gernander and Albert Talley Jr. have been named San Jacinto College men’s basketball assistant coaches.

Gernander is a SJC alumnus who has served as a volunteer assistant coach for the past three years; he has also taught physical education courses as an adjunct instructor.

Talley served as assistant men’s basketball coach at Paris Junior College, following his time in the same position with Panola College.
