I can confirm that Dominique Boone is no longer the head men’s basketball coach at Warren Wilson College (NC). He ha been replaced by Director of Athletics / Women’s Basketball Coach Robin Martin.

Boone had been the Owls head coach for the past 3+ seasons, and also served as the Sports Information Director at the College. Before his stint at WWC, he was the head coach at Paul Smith’s College, and also spent time as an assistant at D2 Chestnut Hill College.

Martin has worked as the women’s basketball head coach for the past eight seasons, and took over as the AD this past summer. She coached the men in their 84-69 win last night against Bob Jones University, and will be coaching both teams for the rest of the season.

Warren Wilson is currently in the process of transitioning from the USCAA to NCAA D3 status.
