I can confirm that Oakland University will hire Drew Valantine as an assistant coach. Valentine is a 2013 Oakland graduate who most recently served as a graduate assistant at Michigan State. He scored 1,069 points for the Grizzlies, and was an All-Summitt League honorable mention during his senior season. Valentines brother, Denzel, was the second
