HoopDirt.com has learned that Jason Tinsley’s contract has expired and he will not return as the head basketball coach at Northeastern State (OK) next season. The Riverhawks went 5-23 this past season, and in his three seasons, Tinsley compiled a 20-61 record. Before becoming the head coach at NSU, Tinsley was the women’s coach at
