Back on 6/3, I mentioned that that I had heard there will be a change on the staff at McNeese State (Daily Dirt – 6/3/16). I have now heard from multiple sources that assistant coach Steve Welch will resign effective June 30th. Welch came out of retirement prior to the 2009-10 season to join McNeese
