Some Friday “dirt”… I can confirm through multiple sources that Tony Sheals is no longer the head coach at DII Virginia Union. Sheals was hired last April after spending the previous season as the head coach at Saint Augustine’s University. He has also been the head coach at Delaware State and Bethune-Cookman.
