TCU Basketball Staff Update

TCU head men’s basketball coach Jamie Dixon announced promotions to the men’s basketball staff.
Michael Rice will be Assistant Coach/Scouting and Analytics and Corey Santee will assume the title of Assistant Coach/Player Development.

A native of Flint, Mich., Santee is in his seventh season on the men’s basketball staff after finishing his hall of fame career at TCU in 2006. Rice and Santee’s promotions are tied to a new NCAA rule allowing for two additional assistants who may engage in coaching activities outside of recruiting.
Joining Rice and Santee as on-court coaches are Associate Head Coach Tony Benford and Assistant Coach Duane Broussard, who each begin their fifth season at TCU, and Jamie McNeilly, who is in his third season with the Horned Frogs. Assistant Athletics Director, Men’s Basketball Operations Thomas Montigel is in his 10th season at TCU.
Graduate assistant Luke Webb returns for his second season at TCU. He’s joined by newcomers Alex Olesinski and Jalen Parham.
Olesinski is from Roswell, N.M., and previously coached and tought at New Mexico Military Institute last season. In the 2021-22 season, Olesinski played professionally for ANWIL Wloclawek in Poland. He played collegiately for UCLA and graduated in 2019.
Parham is from Hillsborough, N.J., and served as a strength and conditioning coach at Hillsborough High School last season. Parham earned a degree in economics from Montclair State University in 2022 where he played on the basketball team for two years. Prior to Montclair State, Parham played at Cecil College and East Stroudsburg.
Garry Christopher returns for his second season as the program’s human performance coach and Matt Herrill is in his eighth season as the Frogs’ athletic trainer.
