Tarleton State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Steve Uryasz announced that the Texas A&M System has concluded its employee conduct review. Tarleton State Men’s Basketball head coach Billy Gillispie has been reinstated, effective immediately.
 
“We’re thankful to the Texas A&M System for working expeditiously in addressing this anonymous complaint,” Uryasz said. “The welfare of our student-athletes is of the utmost importance to Tarleton State University and the Texas A&M System. We look forward to the start of the Texan Men’s Basketball season.”

Gillispie was placed on temporary leave last week after Texas A&M University System initiated an employee conduct review after receiving an anonymous complaint.
