UALR head coach Steve Shields has hired former Louisiana-Lafayette head coach Robert Lee. In 14 seasons with the Ragin’ Cajuns (six as a head coach), Lee was part of a program which won three Sun Belt Tournament titles, advanced to the NCAA Tournament three times and the NIT twice.
