I can confirm through a great source that DI University of The Incarnate Word (TX) will hire veteran assistant Johnny Brown.  Most recently, Brown was an assistant at Ranger JC (TX), but the former Clippers draft pick has a ton of DI experience.  He has had stints as an assistant at Southern Utah, Montana State, Binghamton, Northern Iowa, Fresno State, and Cal Poly.  He replaces Bilal Batley who became the head coach at Paris JC (TX) back in July.  The official announcement is expected shortly.
